The Brief

Sol is a multi-level, architecturally designed residence just minutes from Bondi Beach — floor-to-ceiling glazing, timber finishes, a private pool, sauna and gym, and resort-style indoor-outdoor living. At a $9M price point, the property is already doing the work; the photography's job was to match it. In a market as saturated with "luxury Bondi" listings as this one, the images needed to immediately signal that Sol sits a level above — without resorting to styling tricks that would misrepresent the space once a guest arrived.

The Approach

• Shot as presented — no artificial styling. Sol's own design does the heavy lifting; the job was to capture the natural light through the glazing, the flow between indoor and outdoor living, and the resort-style features (pool, sauna, gym) as they actually are

• Every room shot at least twice, covering all four bedrooms, the open-plan living and designer kitchen, and each of the outdoor/amenity spaces, to give prospective guests a genuine sense of scale across the multiple levels

• Drone photography was a key part of this shoot — Sol's proximity to Bondi Beach is one of its biggest selling points, and aerial images make that distance tangible in a way ground-level shots can't. A single drone shot showing the property practically on top of the beach does more to justify the price point than any amount of interior detail

The Result

Since going live in August, Sol has received multiple 5-star reviews and is fully booked out for December 26 — a strong early signal that the listing is converting at the level a $9M property needs to.
